VisitMaine.com's site was a year long deep dive into developing an enormous collection of everything there is to do in Maine. Anything from hotels to bait shops, we've organized thousands of businesses from Maine's eight regions across a website that allows the user to search based on personal preference or experience. The user can build their own trip plan and save, share, or print it out; or choose to follow one of several curated trip ideas. The Maine insiders are unique individuals from around the state that submit images and blog posts to their own information hubs on the site.

Data on the site was compiled and sorted on an external system and delivered to a dynamic custom cache through an API delivery, where the site then organizes the data for the user to access through anything they'd like to look for; whether it's searching by location, radius, business, or keyword. A custom log in system was created for a user to store the trip plans they've built using the trip planner tool.
